Intuitively designed, Maria’s place has all of the comforts a traveler needs in an efficiency apartment. Plus, it has an amazing, amazing outdoor living space with abundant seating and a beautiful view of the mountains and neighborhood. At night, I enjoyed looking at the stars while relaxing on the comfy outdoor sectional. (The outdoor awnings fully retract, which made this possible.) The apartment’s top-floor (6th) location makes it a relatively quiet space, and it’s only an 8-min. walk from the nearest blue line Metro stop. Check-in was a breeze with Maria’s easy-to-follow instructions and photos. I throughly enjoyed her place and will check its availability the next time I’m in Athens. Thank you, Maria, for opening your home to me.

Everything about Maria’s place was perfect, few minutes from metro in to the centre but apartment was situated in a magnificent area also with some very nice bars close by. Apartment itself was very clean and exactly like photos.

While small, it worked well for my family of 4 since my kids are small. Really appreciated the Netflix, washer with detergent, and the heat lamp on the balcony! The location was good and near some small shops, bakeries, restaurants, etc. The area was safe and the view from the balcony was great for morning coffee! My only suggestion would maybe be a few more kitchen utensils and a larger drying rack with clips. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay very much and we were able to find street parking nearby easily.

My second stay was equally good! Top location and beautiful apartment.

It is a very nice apartment with a very vice view. We had very nice stay for 5 days . It is very close to center of Athens without noise . You can visit all the archiological places of Athens very easy. We suggest to every one who like to stay in center of Athens.

Clean, cozy and comfortable apartment with large terrace. We felt like at home.There was everything we needed. Easy to find near restaurants,bars,supermarkets. I recommend it.
